1. Exclusion of Digital Goods

Digital products are excluded from the right of return. This includes:

- Digital videos and films

- Streaming content

- Downloadable files

Once digital content has been downloaded, streamed, or access has been provided, returns or refunds are no longer possible.

2. Exceptions

Refunds for digital goods will only be granted in cases of:

- Failure to provide the product

- Double billing
